Juliette, having recently completed a portrait of the Carnival Queen (Miss Hastings), now demonstrates portraits in pastels of the carnival princesses, talking through the process as she goes. Donations on the door. Coming from a family of painters, Juliette Dodd trained as a figurative sculptor at the Sir Henry Doulton School of Sculpture under the patronage of Dame Elizabeth Frink. She works in both 2D and 3D, specialising in portraits in all mediums and recent sitters include Michael Foster MP and John Ryan, author of Captain Pugwash. She has a series of teaching articles currently being published in The Leisure Painter magazine and holds monthly portrait workshops. Fancy a quick portrait of you or your family?
