From 11am Judging the Best Dressed Window Competition in All Saints Street. This year’s theme “Anniversaries 2012”. The winners' certificates will be presented on Sunday 29th at the coronation ceremony of the Hastings Old Town Carnival Queen at approx 2.45pm at Winkle Island.
