A group of local dignitaries will assemble at the flagstaff the union flag and will be raised and Hastings Old Town Carnival Week declared “Open”. A VIP will the open the ‘Today’s Fishermen of The Stade, Hastings’ a photographic exhibition by Ann Chown in Hastings Fishermen’s Museum. Entrance free donations welcome. Wheelchair accessible.
