4.00pm The Great Whelk Eating Competition. Courthouse Street The 3rd Annual Competition for the title of “Hastings Champion Whelk Eater”. Give a fiver donation to Hastings Lifeboat and try your luck at beating the reigning champion’s time for eating a pint of fresh Hastings Whelks.
