PRESENTATION OF PORTRAIT TO CARNIVAL QUEEN

Hastings Old Town Carnival Queen Hannah is presented with her Portrait by Juliette Dodd, the well known portrait artist. The Carnival Queen will then present Certificates to the winners of the Best Dressed windows in All Saints Street.(judging took place on the previous Friday).
